October 1: Women in Tech Weekly Issue 26

Another Tuesday, another issue of Women in Tech Weekly, still such an immense pleasure! If you enjoy it as much as I do, join me once again in celebrating amazing women, and learning something new from the wonderful resources they share 🙂

Featured Woman 👩‍💻

Alex and The Yogi Coder

Alex’s energy is contagious, this girl is always on the move, picking up new projects, going on adventures and sharing her wisdom. She seems to have worked in so many different environments and companies – from Facebook to startups, to her own consultancy firm! I love learning from Alex and getting motivated from her social media and personal achievements 😍

Celebrations 🥂🎉

Alaa just officially became a GDG Organizer in GDG Coast Lebanon!

In her own words:

“As a new GDG Organizer, I wanted to bring together two communities in Lebanon that I love the Beirut AI community and the GDG community. We were able to amass an attendance of 62 people that participated in the introductory workshop! There was great feedback and I’m super excited for the next event!”

Anto went to her first hackathon!

And it sounds like she had a great time despite the lack of sleep! This is awesome, Anto, you are such a badass!
