New Project 🌟

Community has been at the centre of everything I do for years now ❤️ I think that notion of belonging, support and sisterhood is the best way to raise everyone’s level. It’s the best way to generate ideas, solve problems and create better, more inclusive products and services. It raises everyone’s level!

I’ve been itching to create a community for women in STEM for years now and it’s time to do that. I feel like it’s now or never! Watch this space for upcoming updates 🥰 If you’d like to be the first to know when it launches, please express your interest by filling out the form below!

Let me know when the community launches!

I’m pausing Featured posts as I’m focusing more of my energy on building this. I hope that the result will help you find and connect with even more strong, inspiring, like-minded, stereotype-breaking women in STEM!

Celebrations 🥂🎉

Anastasia got one more step closer to taking control of her anxiety and having a consistently confident state of mind!

In her own words:

“I have been analysing my behaviour in different anxiety-inducing situations, whether it’s at work or in my personal life. There are 3 questions that I ask myself now, before an interview or an important meeting, which help me to work through my anxieties and build long-term confidence. I think it can be useful for anyone, who’s struggling with feeling confident and for whom all the usual confidence-boost tips don’t seem to work.”

Masha celebrated 3 years of being a business owner!

Yes, that’s me 😉 I was trying to remember myself 3 years ago and reflecting how far I’ve grown over that time. Entrepreneurial years are definitely dog years and are the best school you could ever get. I’m incredibly grateful for this journey and to be able to share it with all of you ❤️

My company has turned 3 years old today! Celebrating this personal and professional milestone today 🍾✨ . These 3 years definitely feel like dog years though, I've learned and grown so much while being a complete beginner, experimenting, making mistakes, asking silly questions and getting used to being vulnerable in front of people in professional settings. . This experience has made me think of the importance of celebrating milestones like this one though. Making a point to do that, marking your calendar and actually doing something special. Recognising your professional and personal growth is such a great exercise! . I think this exercise is especially important for women, as we need to approach it from a more intentional place. Society and gender stereotypes typically make us focus much more on celebrations around relationships and family – which are obviously important, but so are our professional and personal development milestones! . That was my intent behind creating Women in Tech Weekly – to celebrate all types of women's achievements and milestones ❤️ I'm revamping the newsletter and looking to attract sponsors for it and I'd love your help – if you enjoy it, could you please write a short testimonial for this newsletter? Whether in the comments below or in a DM ☺️ . And of course, if you have any news, celebrations or resources you'd like to share for the next week's issue – please do so using the link in my bio! Bonus brownie points if you recognise a fellow badass woman 😍

We all struggle with self-doubt, the need for external validation and that inner critic that never seems to chill and let us be.

But I want you to remember that you are wonderful, unique and are bringing so much value in this world. Sometimes it just takes intentional work to recognise that – and we should all have habits in place that remind us of our own self-worth. Click here to download my list of Self-Worth Strengthening Affirmations and Gratitude Prompts!
